JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is the registered owner of a Swift Dezire Car bearing registration No.KL-31/E-1040, which was involved in the commission of an abkari offence booked by the 3rd respondent as Crime No.105 of 2017 of Nooranad Excise Range, alleging offences punishable under Sections 55(a), 56(b) and 67B of the Abkari Act, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P3 order dated 16.06.2018 of the 2nd respondent Deputy Commissioner of Excise and Ext.P5 order dated 05.01.2019 of the 1st respondent Additional Commissioner of Excise.

consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, in view of the aforesaid statement made in the statement of the 2nd respondent, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of her further grievances.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the legal right, if any, of the petitioner in that regard.
