JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner
seeking the following reliefs:-
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to receive the fees for the compartment examination of Physics to be held in March 2020 of plus two course after reopening the portal for remitting the fees.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P4 favourably and pass orders on it without further delay.
iii) Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case to grant including the cost of these proceedings.”
