2 . Sri. Mathew George Vadakkel, Senior Government Pleader for respondents 2 and 3 places before the Court the written instructions received from the Station House Officer, Adoor/second respondent and submits that the second respondent at best can send its report to the first respondent. The first respondent by referring to such report can act within its jurisdiction.

3 . Adv. Krishna, appearing for first respondent refers to the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C.) No. 22002/2019 dated 19.08.2019 and contends that by reference to Ext.P3 order of the Magistrate, the petitioner is not entitled for grant of Police Clearance Certificate from the first respondent and the Police Clearance Certificate stands altogether on a different

pedestal for which the latest report from the office of the second respondent is necessary. She further states that upon receipt of report from the second respondent, a decision in accordance with law as is warranted could be taken expeditiously.

4 . The statement of Adv. Krishna, appearing for the first respondent is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of by this judgment:-

a ) The second respondent is directed to send

report to first respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

b ) The first respondent thereafter takes a decision on the request of petitioner for granting Police Clearance Certificate in accordance with law, by referring to the report received in this behalf from the second respondent.

c ) The said exercise is directed to be completed

by the first respondent within two weeks thereafter.
