JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P6 order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 14.12.2018, apparently, under Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which is a revisable order in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to move Sessions Court.
