JUDGMENT

Petitioner is residing on the northern side of Salia Muhammed Road, Kappalandimukku, Ernakulam and by the side of the same, a concrete pathway is situated. The grievance of the petitioner is that, waste is being dumbed into the pathway and thereupon, petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 complaint before the 1^st respondent, evident from Ext.P2 receipt. However, no action is initiated, thus seeks appropriate directions.

Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, taking into account Ext.P1 complaint, submitted by the petitioner, if required, after providing notice of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 3^rd respondent, at the earliest possible time and at any rate within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
