following reliefs:
i) “To direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal Ernakulam to pass order on the stay petition filed by this petitioner in S.A No 268/2019 within a stipulate time as directed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) And pass any other order that this Hon'ble Court deem fit and justice”
directed petitioner to deposit
Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees five lakhs only) within fifteen days from 11/10/2019. The petitioner as on date, could deposit only Rs.3,50,000/-(Rupees three lakhs fifty thousand rupees only) for
