JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
“i) Call for all the records leading to Ext.P4 dated 24.10.2018 and to issue a writ of certiorari or any order calling for records issued by the 1st respondent , quash the same as illegal and arbitrary.
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus and consequentially direct the respondent s to sanction the educational loan to the petitioner pursuing and continuing her MBBS course at ZAPOROZHYE STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, UKRAINE a UNIVERSITY approved by Indian Government at the interference of respondents 2 and 3 within a time frame. Iii) To issue any appropriate order or direction 1st respondent to reconsider education loan in favour of the 1st petitioner as per the guidelines and approves schemes by the Indian Banks Association approved by the Reserve Bank of India for abroad studies.
iv) Grant such other reliefs which are incidental and appropriate to the proceedings which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances.”
