JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the
following reliefs:
a. To direct the respondents to activate the DIN and Digital Signature of the 1st petitioner for the limited purpose of filing the e-form STK-2 in connection with striking off of the name of the 2nd petitioner Company.
b. Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel
sought permission to withdraw this writ petition to file a fresh one incorporating appropriate pleadings. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner to file a fresh one.
