This writ petition is filed by the petitioner,
seeking the following reliefs;
“i. To pass a writ of mandamus or other
appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 3rd respondent to transfer the available amount from Ext.P1 to the 2nd respondent branch towards the liabilities of the petitioner in different chitties for which 1st respondent has proceeded under Revenue Recovery Act [Ext.P2 to Ext.P2(e)].
ii. Directing the 1st respondent not to proceed under R.R.Act till the petitioner succeeds in transferring the deposited amount to her liabilities.
iii. Such other reliefs that are prayed for and found fit to be granted during the nature and course of proceedings.”
