Petitioner has submitted Ext.P1, along with an application in the prescribed format, which is pending consideration before the 2^nd respondent for dealers license under the provisions of the Kerala Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Storage and Transportation) Rules, 2015. The sole relief sought for is early consideration of Ext.P1.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader, there will be a

direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider the application submitted in the format along with Ext.P1, at the earliest and at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
