“The learned Government Pleader as well as the counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, Municipality are directed to verify as to whether any final decision is taken in respect of the traffic regulations made by the Traffic Regulatory Committee dated 20/09/16 and report.
Post on 20.11.2019.”
submitted that a decision has already been taken by the Traffic Regulatory Committee on 10.7.2019 and hence this writ appeal has become infructuous. Adv. Parvathy Sanjay representing Adv. V.M. Krishnakumar, learned counsel for the appellant acknowledged the said submission.
