Though the interim order in WP(C) No.23416/2017 dated 17.7.2017 is assailed on various grounds, on instructions, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that, no officer is appearing before the 4th respondent Commission to explain the stand of the department in the proceedings pending before the Commission. If that be the case, it is for the appellants to seek appropriate orders from the 4th respondent.
