The petitioner has filed this Transfer Petition

praying for transferring O.P.(HMA) No.902 of 2019 on

the files of the Family Court, Ettumanoor to the Family

Court, Mavelikkara for the trial and disposal in accordance

with law.

Service is complete. However, there is no

appearance for the respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It appears that as per the order dated 11.4.2019

¶24

in Tr.P.(C) No.549 of 2018, this Court transferred O.P.

¶25

No.553 of 2018 on the files of the Family Court,

¶26

Ettumanoor to the Family Court, Mavelikkara. O.P. No.156 of 2018 is also pending before the Family Court,

Case No. Tr.P(C) 632/19

Mavelikkara. Since two connected cases are pending

¶29

before the Family Court, Mavelikkara, it is only just and proper to transfer the above Original Petition also to the Family Court, Mavelikkara, to meet the ends of justice.

In the result, this Transfer Petition stands allowed, transferring O.P.(HMA) No.902 of 2019 on the files of the Family Court, Ettumanoor to the Family Court, Mavelikkara, for trial and disposal, in accordance with law.

The case records shall be transmitted to the transferee court forthwith.

The petitioner shall appear before the transferee

court on 10.12.2019 without further notice.
