In this Transfer Petition, the wife prayed for transferring O.P.No.890/2019 on the files of the Family Court, Attingal to the Family Court, Tirur.

2. Heard.

3. The wife has no employment or other source of income for her livelihood.

¶20

She is residing in Tirur. There is nobody to accompany her from her residence to the Family Court, Attingal. That apart, she has to spend travelling expenses for her journey from her residence in Tirur to the Family

Court, Attingal. The connected M.C. is also pending before the Family Court, Tirur.

Having regard to the relevant inputs, I am of the view that the transferring of the above Original Petition to the family Court, Tirur will be convenient to the petitioner. Since the connected matter is also pending before the Family Court, Tirur, it will be convenient to the respondent also, if the above O.P. is transferred to the Family Court, Thirur. In the said circumstances, I

am inclined to allow this Transfer Petition.

In the result, this Transfer Petition stands allowed, transferring O.P.No.890/2019 on the files of the Family Court, Attingal to the Family Court, Tirur for the trial and disposal, in accordance with law.
