JUDGMENT
The appellant and the counsel remained absent.
There was no representation. The connected appeal filed against the common decree and judgment in RSA No.692/2008 dismissed by this court on 29/1/2019, as abated, as there was no impleadment of legal heir of sole appellant therein. In this appeal also the appellant and the counsel remained absent. As such, this court has no other option, but to dismiss the appeal for non prosecution.
The appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
