JUDGMENT
The appellants and counsel called absent. Nobody represented the matter. The matter of the year 2004. No steps were taken to implead the legal representatives of deceased first appellant. Hence, appeal abated as against the first appellant. Nobody represented the matter for and on behalf of the second appellant in spite of notice to the second appellant. Hence, appeal dismissed as abated as against first appellant and for non prosecution as against the second appellant.
