This Review Petition has been filed by he
petitioner because, apparently at the time when the judgment was delivered, it was omitted to be brought to the notice of this Court that the 6th respondent, Dr.Radha Mohan S. Kallas, had unfortunately died. I notice from the pleadings on record that the petitioner was also not aware of this factum and it is, therefore, that it was
omitted to be brought to the notice of this Court.
Taking note of the afore submissions, I deem it appropriate to allow this Review Petition and restore the Writ Petition for further hearing.
