The petitioner has filed this Review Petition seeking review of the judgment on the ground that it was for the 4th respondent committee to consider the request made by the petitioner.
In the above view of the matter, it is submitted that there is no requirement for any review of the judgment since the judgment is properly understood by the 3rd respondent and was acted upon accordingly.
The said submission is recorded. The contention of the petitioner that the action taken before the forming of the committee in terms of the scheme would be nonest is left open. The review petition is closed.
