J U D G M E N T
The petitioners pray that no further precipitative action be allowed to be taken by the respondent Bank, because the Securitisation Applications filed by them before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, numbered as S.A.No.52 of 2018 and S.A.No.301 of 2018, have been fully heard and reserved for orders. The petitioners say that the action of the Bank in attempting to dispossess them from the secured asset even when the DRT is yet to issue final orders in the afore S.As is illegal and unlawful.
