2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner did not comply with the direction issued by this Court as per order dated 30.7.2019. In the said circumstances, the petitioner is directed to return the vehicle, which was released to the petitioner pursuant to the order passed by this Court, within 10 days
