JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner, who is the fourth
defendant in OS.No.662/20145 of the Munsiff Court, Kottarakara, is regarding the delay in the disposal of the above suit. Pursuant to a direction issued from this court, the learned Munsiff, Kottarakara, by his communication dated 8.5.2019, has informed that he can dispose of the matter within a period of six months from 21.05.2019. Considering the nature of the case and the pendency of cases in that court, the time sought by the learned Munsiff is justifiable.
