“It is humbly prayed that the matter involved in the above case is compromised by the petitioner with respondents due to mediation in O.S.No.219/2016 pending before the Munsiff Court, Ettumanoor, and S.T.no.1618/2016 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Ettumanoor. The connected Crl.M.C.No.6753/2016 also settled between the parties and no grievance as per the above case is now remaining. The compromise report arrived between the parties is produced before the Munsiff Court and decree and judgment is passed by the Munsiff Court, Ettumanoor in O.S.No.219/2016 dated 23/02/2018.

Therefore it is humbly prayed that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above case as not pressed in the interest of justice.”
