Sri.C.Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit on the basis of instructions of his party that as the Final Report/Charge Sheet has now been filed during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been advised to withdraw the present Crl.M.C, with liberty to file a comprehensive fresh petition under Sec.482 of the Cr.P.C seeking quashment of the impugned criminal proceedings arising out of the Final Report so filed.
However on the request of the petitioner it is also ordered that certified copy of the Anx-A1 FIR will be returned back to the learned counsel for the petitioner. However the Registry will keep a photocopy of the said judgment in the case files for the purpose of maintenance of records.
Accordingly, the above Crl.M.C will stand dismissed as not pressed.
