The petitioners are the accused in S.C.No.

112/2019 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court, Manjeri. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 341, 323, 324, 294(b), 308 r/w 34 of IPC. The 2^nd respondent

herein is the de facto complainant. This Crl.M.C is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No. 112/2019 on the file of the Assistant

Sessions Court, Manjeri on the ground that the issue leading to the registration of the crime has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the 2^nd respondent.
