The above said Contempt of Court Case arises out of interim order dated 17.12.2018 in I.A.No.2 of 2018 in W.P.(C) No.3693 of 2018.
The main matter in W.P.(C) No.3693 of 2018 still pending consideration before this Court, therefore petitioner may pursue all his contentions now raised in the main matter in W.P.(C) No.3693 of 2018 and he will be at liberty to file appropriate application in that regard in the said proceedings.
With the said liberty the above Contempt of Court Case (C) will stand disposed of.
