The petitioner has filed this Contempt Case alleging
non-compliance of the direction contained in Annexure-A I judgment of this Court dated 06.04.2018 in W.P.(C) No.12097 of 2018, whereby that writ petition was disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 revision petition, strictly in accordance with law, with notice to the petitioner and also the Manager of the school, and after affording them an opportunity of being heard, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that judgment.
