JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioners
submits that but for a grievance subsisting
for the 2nd petitioner regarding
quantification of the amounts, the directions in Annexure A3 order had been
complied with by the respondents.
In the afore circumstances, I close this Contempt Case; however, leaving open the contentions of the 2nd petitioner with
respect to quantification of the amounts,
so as to enable him to pursue it in appropriate proceedings.
This Contempt thus closed.
