JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition was earlier heard by me
on 29.05.2019, but by a separate order today, the said judgment has been recalled in RP No.638/2019.
hearing today itself at the request of both sides, since they say that the directions required in this Writ Petition are very limited.
Standing Counsel for the respondent-Society,

submits that it is true that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of the 'moratorium' under the Government orders and that his client
will not take any coercive action until 31.12.2019, as per the present orders of the
Government.
Since the petitioner is conceded to be a
person entitled to the benefits of 'moratorium', I close this Writ Petition recording the above submissions of the Society; and leave full
liberty to the petitioner to invoke all his
remedies, after the period of moratorium is over, if it becomes necessary.
