The petitioner has filed this contempt case alleging non-compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 10.07.2018 in W.P.(C)No.21369 of 2018, whereby the KSRTC was directed to disburse the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner, who retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation in the year 2018, like monthly pension, arrears of pension, Death-cumRetirement Gratuity, Commuted Value of Pension, Staff Welfare Fund, leave surrender, etc. within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt
