The petitioner has filed this contempt of court case alleging non-compliance of the direction contained in Annexure A1 judgment of this Court dated 08.06.2018 in W.P.(C) No.18807 of 2018.

On 16.10.2018, when this contempt of court case came up for admission, the learned Government Pleader sought time to get instructions.

On 04.12.2018, along with a memo dated

03.12.2018 of the learned Senior Government Pleader, a copy of G.O.(Rt) No.2147/2018/H.Edn. dated 27.11.2018 issued by the respondent, pursuant to the direction contained in Annexure A1 judgment of this Court is placed on record, whereby the request made by the petitioner stands rejected.

Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

The direction contained in Annexure A1 judgment was to reconsider Ext.P13(a) representation made by the

petitioner, taking note of the directions contained in Ext.P1(a) judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No.32564 of 2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of that judgment.

If the petitioner is feeling aggrieved by the said order, it is for him to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings, before appropriate forum.
