Sri.T.R.Renjith, learned Public Prosecutor submits on the basis of instructions of the Investigating Officer concerned that the petitioner/accused has already been arrested on 29.06.2018 in relation to the impugned crime and after remand he was released on regular bail and that therefore, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. Recording the abovesaid submission, the above anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed as infructuous.
