JUDGMENT
The abovesaid contempt of court case has been filed alleging non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court in Annexure-A judgment dated 27.11.2018 in W.P(C)No.38311/2018. Learned Sr.Government Pleader would submit on the basis of instructions of the respondent authorities concerned that in compliance of the directions issued by this Court, the respondent-Tahsildar has already passed an order dated 11.02.2019, effecting mutation in respect of the subject property in favour of the petitioner and also ordering the acceptance of basic land tax, in respect of the subject property from the petitioner and that however since an attachment order from the Munsiffs Court in relation to the subject property has been communicated to the respondents, an endorsement in the revenue records has been made regarding the said attachment order. If the petitioner has any legally justiciable grievances

against the manner in which the respondents had complied with the directions in the judgment, it is for her to work out her remedies, in accordance with law. Recording the abovesaid submissions of the respondents, the above Contempt of Court case will stand disposed of.
