J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 3rd respondent University to issue their views as contemplated in Clause 1.4.7 and communicate the same to the 2nd respondent without any further delay. The petitioner has also sought for other consequential reliefs.
In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the aforesaid right of the petitioner.
