Petitioner, who was removed from service by the

3^rd respondent, has filed this writ petition

¶29

challenging the removal ordered by the 3^rd respondentthe Commandant Battalion CRPF at Bhopal in Madhya pradesh. He seeks a direction to the first respondent, who is also at Bhopal, to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P6. Therefore petitioner's remedy lies before the appropriate court having territorial jurisdiction over these respondents.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move appropriate court.
