JUDGMENT
The petitioner is an Assistant Executive Engineer in the Kerala Water Authority. The writ petition is filed for a declaration that the petitioner is senior to respondents 4 to 7 in the category of Assistant Executive Engineers in Ext.P4.
The petitioner has produced Ext.P11 proceedings of the Managing Director issued on 18.2.2016, along with I.A.No.4384 of 2016 by which the petitioner is placed at serial No.93A in Ext.P4 seniority list. In view of Ext.P11 proceedings, the grievance of the petitioner remains redressed.
The writ petition is therefore disposed of accordingly.
