This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to
the respondents to eliminate unauthorised occupation of
'Puramboke' by the second respondent.
Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the writ petition, to work out the remedies
else where.
Therefore, writ petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn.
