JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed complaining that directives contained in the judgment dated 30.8.2017 in W.P.(C) No.28545 of 2017 is not complied with.
Today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader has produced an order dated 8.1.2018, whereby I am satisfied that the directives issued by this Court is complied with. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue this contempt case any further. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
