J U D G M E N T
Petitioners are staff of the Head Office of the second respondent Corporation, which is an 'A' category Company. All of them are appointed through Public Service Commission. They claim that their entitlement benefits including revision of D.A on par with Government employees. The request of the petitioners was recommended by the second respondent. It is pointed out that petitioners have already submitted Exts.P4 and P6 representations before the Government.
