J U D G M E N T

Consequent to a dispute that arose by and between the petitioner and 3^rd respondent, an order is passed by the Village Officer, which was subjected to appeal and Ext.P6 order is passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 25.10.2013, apparently under the provisions of the Land Assignment Act. Aggrieved petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 appeal, which is pending consideration before the 1^st respondent, and seeks direction for early disposal of the same.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the 3^rd respondent, there will be a direction to the 1^st respondent to attain finality to Ext.P7, at the earliest possible time, and at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after providing an
