JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who retired from service on 31.12.2017 while working as a Vehicle Supervisor in Pala depot of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, is before this Court in this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to disburse him the amounts of DCRG, commuted value of pension, Staff Welfare Fund, leave surrender, monthly pension and other eligible benefits with interest.

In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to disburse the admissible pension and other pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of a certified copy of this judgment, if there are no other legal impediments standing in the way.
