Petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 application before

the first respondent seeking to allot a space at the Marine Drive in order to conduct a Milma booth. Petitioner has produced certain documents to show that there is every likelihood of receiving an agency from the Milma, if space is pointed out by the petitioner. Petitioner seeks direction for early consideration of Ext.P4.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P4, in accordance with law, and attain finality to the same, at the earliest, and at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if required after securing participation of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
