JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner complaining that the benefits available to the petitioner in respect of the tenders invited by the respondents are given due consideration. The respondents 1 and 2 have already filed a counter affidavit refuting the allegations, claims and demands raised in the writ petition. However, when the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition to move the appropriate forum.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and I make it clear that all the questions of facts and law raised in the writ petition are left open.
