J U D G M E N T
According to the petitioner, petitioner has purchased
an extent of 14 cents of land as per Ext.P1 registered sale deed bearing No.1416 dated 26.5.2017 of SRO, Alakkode. Thereupon, petitioner has submitted an application seeking mutation of the property. The grievance highlighted by the petitioner is that, the said application is not considered by the statutory authority. It is thus seeking appropriate direction, this writ petition is filed.
