The petitioners have filed this writ petition
under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P9 order dated 31.05.2018 of the 2nd respondent to
the extent it denies their claim for
regularisation of service with the 3rd respondent.

In such circumstances, recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving the aforesaid right of the petitioner.
