JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a Labour Contract Co-operative Society registered under the Co-operative Societies Act. It is an 'A' Class contractor within the State having 265 members. Various works were undertaken by the Society. One of the works undertaken by the petitioner Society was terminated under the risk and cost of the petitioner. Being aggrieved, petitioner has submitted Ext.P6 before the 1^st respondent which is pending consideration. Petitioner seeks attainment of finality to Ext.P6 at the earliest possible time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P6 also taking into account Exts.P4 and P5 reports submitted by respective authorities and attain finality to Ext.P6 at the earliest possible time and at any rate within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
