Petitioner and the third respondent are wife and husband

respectively and respondents 4 and and 5 are in-laws of the

petitioner. According to the petitioner, petitioner was subjected

to physical and mental cruelty by respondents 3 to 5 in the matrimonial home and later she was deserted by the third respondent. It is also contended that respondents 3 to 5 are retaining the gold ornaments received by the petitioner in connection with her marriage. Being aggrieved, petitioner has

submitted Ext.P4 before the second respondent, which is pending consideration. Petitioner seeks early consideration of

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case and hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and senior
