JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the Manager of aided schools, aggrieved by a delay in disbursing maintenance grant.
“3. It is submitted that this respondent has sanctioned the maintenance grant to the petitioner No.2,5,9 and 10 for an amount of Rs.8700/-, Rs.3900/-, Rs.3960/- and Rs.32220/respectively for 2016-17 academic year and this respondent has sanctioned to the petitioner Nos.2,3,4,5 and 9 for an amount of Rs.8760/-, Rs.9780/-, Rs.4260/-, Rs.3840/- and Rs.4260/respectively for 2017-18 academic year. But this respondent has not been sanctioned maintenance grant to the petitioners the Manager AMLP School Attassery (6th petitioner), the Manager AMLP School, Cherpulassery south (8th petitioner) and the Manager SRJALP School, Easwaramangalam (11th petitioner) for the academic year 2016-17 and 2017-18.\
Considering the statement as above, the
