JUDGMENT
The petitioner, which is a primary Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, registered under the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969 has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P9 order dated 17.07.2015 of the 2nd respondent Joint Registrar and permit the petitioner to recover the entire amount as per Ext.P10 statement in respect of the loan account No.394/HN from the 3rd respondent, who is the borrower, and from her assets.

“The above writ petition has been filed seeking to quash Ext.P9 and to permit the Society to recover the entire amount as per Ext.P10 statement from the 3rd respondent and her assets and for other ancillary reliefs.
During the pendency of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent remitted the entire amount towards arrears of laon account and the loan account is closed and there are no dues. Therefore, the petitioner does not intend to further prosecute the case and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
