Petitioners, who are candidates who appeared for

Clerk/Watchmen/Cooking Helper under the first respondent Devaswom, have filed this writ petition alleging that 50%

marks are going to be awarded in the interview.

First respondent has filed a counter affidavit and an additional counter affidavit. In paragraph 3 of the additional counter affidavit the first respondent has explained the marks

to be awarded under each head as follows:
