The main prayer in this Writ Petition is for a direction from this Court to ensure early consideration and disposal of suo motu proceedings initiated at the petitioner's instance as per S.M.No. 2167/2017 as in the matter of issuance of purchase certificate by the Land Tribunal concerned, within a time bound manner and taking into account the fact that the petitioner is an elderly senior citizen, etc. The prayers in this Writ Petition (Civil) are as follows:
